Parent/student goal setting meeting.  Shared between teacher/student.
Goal Setting Interviews
Students set goals in reading/writing/ maths and reassess them 2 times this term.  Set by week 4/5, readdress at the end of term 1.  These are placed in their eportfolio.

Term 2

Week 6 - Tuesday, 6pm
Reporting to Parents – understanding levels, stages, standards.

Ultranet reporting/eportfolio

Week 4 - Tuesday, 7pm

Ultranet Parent Portal - to ensure parents can get onto the Parent Portal and see their child’s learning.

Mid Year Reports - End of term written report on Ultranet in their eportfolio.  Only printed for those parents who wish to have a printed copy.
Students set goals in reading/writing/ maths and reassess them at least 3 times this term.  Set by week 1, reflected on week 5/6 and readdress at the end of term 2. These are placed in their eportfolio.

Term 3

Week 5 - Tuesday, 6pm

Writing – how can you support your child’s writing?

Student Lead conferences using uSpace and eportfolio as a tool for discussion.
