  • Make them feel safe in and out of class
  • Organise sports at lunch time with senior students. This needs to be planned in 2011.
  • New students need to be in the right place at the right time. Senior students will show them out of bounds areas where we can play.
  • Yr 9/10 buddies will regularly help out in their buddy class. Yr 9/10 students will have half a block per week where they go to their buddy class and help students with their work.
