St Andrews Middle School has teamed up with
First Place Fitness
and will be offering a Youth Program focusing on muscle tone and cardio training. This will be offered twice a week on XX and XX at 4:00pm.
Youth Program info:
2 week free pass with a personal trainer for your first two sessions. After that Mr Trudell will assist you with your training. Program lasts for 3 months and costs $12 a week. Students can cancel at anytime or they can keep renewing their membership. Main focus is light weights, cardio (treadmill, rowing machine, punching bag with skip rope) and/or cardio classes: Zumba, pump, fight fit, spin cycle, pilates. All inclusive with membership.
